"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" has an improved animation, graphics and storyline. It is said that other bugs were also fixed which is great for the players. What was the most eye catching to the critics were how beautiful the recreation of London in the game was.

Though the "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" game has brought new visuals, there are things that critics noted that was not that enjoyable. This feature included the combat style which remained unchanged from the previous games. according to critics, it was boring.

To get an idea of what the critics had to say, listed below are the summary of their reviews:

"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" review by Chris Suellentrop of Kotaku stated that after spending 30 hours in London with Jacob and Evie, Chris just wanted more. He enjoyed the quests and actions he can perform in both the main and mini quests. These doesn't just give him an enjoyable experience, but helps his character collect more items, skills and cash.

Another "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" review was from Alexa Ray Corriea of GameSpot. according to her, what Alexa liked the most is the story of the game as shows the tale of compassion and greed back then in London. What turned her off was the mechanics of story, which didn't show as much urgency and drama killing the suspense and thrill of the story of the game.

"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" franchise's combat styles have remained the same causing it lose the player's interest. The Forbes' Erik Kain, on the other hand, gave out suggestions and recommendations on how Ubisoft can improve it.
