RPG 'FNAF World' Teaser Trailer: New Game Not Like Any 'Five Nights at Freddy's'

"FNAF World," the upcoming RPG game from Scott Cawthon, is definitely going to be a different experience from the horror game series "Five Nights at Freddy's" that fans have been used to.

The upcoming RPG finally has a trailer and creator Scott Cawthon has uploaded it to show fans exactly what to expect with the new game. According to Polygon, it doesn't look like any of the previous games as it begins with the promise of a total scare and terrors. It turns out that the RPG game will feature a cuter, or non-scary version, of Freddy Fazzbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy and others. Not only do the once scary-looking animatronics look cartoonish in the trailer but it shows a very colorful gameplay.

The animatronics that used to haunt people are now going on an adventure and battling enemies with pizza, songs and cupcakes with "FNAF World." Back in September, when Cawthon announced the development of FNAF World via Steam, he already said that the spin-off game isn't going to be a horror game.

As written in the Steam announcement, Scott said, "I wanted to use these characters in a new and fun way because they are so near and dear to my heart, and I was excited to work on a type of game that I hadn't made in a long time."

"The new game that I'm working on will be called 'FNAF World'. It will not be a horror game, but a role playing game where you create a party using the huge selection of characters from the FNaF games, including the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions," he added.

And that explains why the animatronics look that way in the trailer. He has also announced that there will be a free demo by Halloween.
