Justin Bieber Reportedly Moving Out of Calabasas Home

Justin Bieber has reportedly decided to move out of his Calabasas, Calif. home, TMZ reported.

The decision couldn't come soon enough for Bieber's neighbors, who have long complained about the pop star's behavior.

In June, Bieber was put under investigation for allegedly driving his Ferrari around the gated community at speeds far above the speed limit. Among those to make the initial calls to the police was neighbor and NFL player Keyshawn Johnson, TMZ reported.

At the time, Bieber was already in hot water for allegedly driving recklessly and spitting on a neighbor who confronted him. According to the neighbor, the 19-year-old threatened to kill him.

When news of Bieber's Jan. 23 arrest for drag racing in Florida reached Johnson, the athlete tweeted his relief:

"They finally caught HIM! Glad no one was hurt, no kids in the street. Everyone grows up at some point. Hopefully he learns from it," he said.

The news of Bieber's move came too late for Johnson, however, who recently sold his home to TV reality star Kourtney Kardashian for an undisclosed amount.

According to TMZ, the recent police raid on Bieber's home, which was in response to the singer's egging of a neighbor's home (coincidentally, the same one he threatened to kill), had a significant role in his decision to move.

The raid ended in the arrest of Bieber's house guest rapper Lil Za, who was found with what police believed to be ecstasy and Xanax.

Located on 1.3 acres, the 10,000 square foot home is worth just over $7 million, Zillow reports. It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool and a wine cellar. It last sold for $6.5 million in 2012.
