'Legends of Tomorrow" News: Heavy Lifting Crossover of 'Arrow' & 'the Flash'; Does It Harm Vigilante Archer's TV Series?

It appears that the "Legends Of Tomorrow" is quite ambitious that it aims for a heavy lifting crossover of both "Arrow" and "The Flash." It is also observed that the upcoming TV series of The CW network is harming the Vigilante Archer's show.

Den of Geek recalls that this crossover idea started with "The Flash" and "Arrow." But that wasn't really a crossover per se because "they were two standalone episodes that just happened to feature the heroes working together. They were both really good, and it worked just fine."

This crossover idea will be tested again with "Legends of Tomorrow" yet this is going to be a difficult work. Why? It is because the show has "a whole mess of characters to introduce." As previously reported, the its executive producer Marc Guggenheim said that "this year's event would be a proper two-parter, with everyone getting involved."

Den of Geek quoted the interview of Guggenheim with Deadline. "There really is a true 2-part story unlike last year where it was two interconnected episodes where each had their own beginning, middle, and end," the show runner of "Legends of Tomorrow" said.

In a separate report, Movie Network states that "Legends of Tomorrow" keeps harming "Arrow" even prior to its airing. It is noted that the Vigilante Archer's TV Series has aired 6 episodes already, yet it appears like "about only half of the season so far has really been about Arrow Season 4."

Report says that the other half of the 4th season of "Arrow" is but a prequel to the first season of "Legends of Tomorrow." As observed by the online magazine, the more the episodes of "Arrow" are being set up for "Legends of Tomorrow" there are more mistakes that it makes. It is reported that the upcoming show "has derailed 'Arrow' in some way or form for about a full year now -- despite how it still won't air its first episode for a few more months."
