Ronda Rousey has some plan that MMA fans might not like.
According to Rolling Stone, Ronda Rousey has been in the spotlight for quite a while now that she probably is getting sick of it. Rousey has made more than dozens of appearances in shows including Ellen, The Tonight Show and guest-hosting engagements on SportsCenter. She has also appeared several times in magazines and has starred in a film. Paparazzi follows her around. And therefore she wants people to miss her for a while. She plans to disappear after her fight with Holly Holm at UFC 193.
But she probably just meant disappearing from the octagon. Ronda Rousey said (via Rolling Stone) "I'm selling a product and I have to be out there; I don't have the option not to be, but after this fight, I'm definitely going to let some people miss me, for sure. Believe me, there's nothing I would like to do more than disappear for a while.
"I would like to wait until UFC 200 to fight again. I'm going to be filming [movies] in the meantime, so I'm still going to be keeping busy," she continues. "When I'm filming it's kind of weird, I'm on camera the whole time, but nothing really goes out until a year or two later. It is kind of like disappearing in a way."
According to the Official UFC Website, Ronda Rousey will be facing Holly Holm in UFC 193. The Women's Bantamweight Title Fight will be this Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, Australia
If her intentions go well as planned, her next appearance in the MMA scene would be in Las Vegas. As previously announced by UFC president Dana White during the UFC Fan Expo UFC 200th will take place on July 9, 2016, in Las Vegas Arena. That would be Ronda Rousey's second longest break in her MMA career since it started in 2011
