A CDC Chemist is coming to Salem in May. Could there be an outbreak of a disease happening?
Aleksander Ristic is joining the cast of "Days of Our Lives" as a CDC chemist and will reportedly appear for two episodes in Spring 2016, Soap Shows has reported. Details of his role in the daytime soap are yet to be revealed, but having CDC in town could only mean there will be some concerns with the health of Salem people.
The actor and producer is known for "Oblivion" (2012), "When the Wolf Calls" (2016) and "Becoming Lucy" (2013). He also appeared in other TV series such as "The Dispensable Bliss" (2013) and "King Bachelor's Pad" (2013).
Meanwhile, in related casting news, Peter Reckell has officially left "Days of Our Lives" after Bo Brady died in last Friday's episode, leaving many fans heartbroken. A longtime DOOL fan, Kellie Fogg, said to Reckell, "thanks 4 taking us on a wonderful journey as Bo. Enjoy what ever life brings you. Going 2 miss Bo. U were amazing today." Reckell replied, "I too will miss Bo.! Thanks for the support!"
Bo's death left Hope (played by Kristian Alfonso who has just renewed her contract) devastated. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers tease that Hope will take the road of revenge against the people behind Bo's kidnapping which is why he was missing for years. And now that Hope's love team is officially out, spoilers hint of a possible Rafe-Hope romance.
Further on the recent drama in Salem, a promo video for the Days 50th anniversary tease that Ben is going to steal Abigail's son and set Abigail and Chad on fire. Tamara Braun (Ava) is also coming back to DOOL with a sinister plan up in her sleeves.
