"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Nov. 30 to Dec. 4 tease that Sabrina is set to make a difficult decision about her baby, while Lulu will catch Dante on the act of cheating on her.
Just as Sabrina has mastered some courage to confess to Michael that he is not the father of the baby is carrying, Carlos surprisingly returned from the dead and he correctly assumed that the baby is his. That presents a problem to Sabrina because she doesn't want a criminal for a father to her unborn child. So according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, spoilers reveal that Sabrina would have to do some deceptions in order to protect her child, after all that she's been through when she lost her little Gabriel.
Sabrina will lie to both Michael and Carlos about the paternity of her child and will try to convince that the baby is Michael's. While she is quite a long way off for the baby to be Michael's, she will ask for Felix's help to come up with some medical "evidence" that would say so. Are they going to fake the results of the ultrasound and the gestation date?
But further to the CDL spoilers, Carlos will overhear something and will start making some plans. He will still be convinced that Sabrina is carrying his baby. Will Sabrina's deception plans succeed?
Meanwhile, spoilers also tease that Lulu will catch Dante cheating on him with Valerie. Lulu gave Dante separation papers to test him, but he failed. After taking the night to think, Lulu will want to fix things up with Dante. She will come over, only to see Dante and Valerie cuddling on the bed. Lulu will be angry and will get into a fight with Dante. She will turn to Maxie for some advice and Maxie will tell her to do something if she wants to save their marriage.
