Charlie Sheen, the "Anger management" star, has reportedly listed one of his many properties in Los Angeles for sale with an asking price of $1.69 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke the news of the sale noting that Sheen purchased the luxurious residence last year for $1.6 million.
The listing of the home lies with Terri Freidin of Troop Real Estate. The records state that the home is a 3,883-square-feet single-family house, comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Sitting on a prime 0.54-acre lot, the place is laden with exclusive amenities like an infinity pool overlooking the city, a built-in barbecue and rolling plantations surrounding the home.
Inside, the home boasts of a light hardwood floors, French doors and windows and high drywall ceilings. There is a modern kitchen, a sitting room with a fireplace, dressing rooms, a children's playroom and an office studio.
The listing describes the place as an "entertainer's dream home nestled on premium corner lot in the White Hawk area of North Ranch" adding that the "Exquisite backyard refuge affords total privacy...quiet & serene with endless views!"

News of the listing comes just a week after Sheen kicked ex-wife Denise Richards and daughters Sam, Lola and Eloise out of the L.A. house that he bought for them. According to Hollywood Life, Sheen reportedly wanted Richards out of the gated Mulholland Estate community and fiancé Brett Rossi also pushed for it.
"Lawyers for Sheen have been working with Denise in vacating the premises. Charlie has wanted Denise out of the gated community where he also lives for months, and his porn star fiancée, Brett Rossi has been pushing for it too," source told Radar Online.
Sheen has already sold the house to a friend which is why he wants them to vacate as soon as possible. Insiders added that the move will be inconvenient for the girls as the house is just minutes away from the school they go to.
However, Sheen is allowing them to stay until they finish school this year.
"Charlie is allowing Denise to stay in the house until the girls finish school in several weeks ... but as soon as they are done with school Charlie wants her out. It's really sad because it just didn't have to come to this," another source added.
The Daily Mail reports that the eviction is an effort to reduce child support for their daughters and also because Richards does not allow Sheen to see them often.
This is not the first time Sheen is driving someone out of his home. In December last year, Sheen gave ex-wife Brooke Mueller the boot, asking her to vacate his Beverly Hills home. Sheen purchased the home for about $4.8 million from billionaire Tom Gores in October last year. He was so desperate to sell that he listed it for the same price.
However, Sheen has agreed to raise child support for his twin sons Bob and Max with Mueller as she is on her road to recovery from her drug addiction problems.
