Monster Hunter X in 3DS: Huge Hit in Japan; No Date for Western Release Yet

The overwhelming sales of more than two million copies of Monster Hunter X in the first few days of its Japan release have already made this game a big hit, as reported by Famitsu.

The same report also indicated that these figures have made the game Monster Hunter X as the fourth biggest release of a 3DS title, following Pokemon X& Y as the first, Monster Hunter 4 as the second and Monster Hunter 4 as the third.

The current 3DS XL sales rose to 105,629 from last week's 28,257 because of the game's launch, Games Industry reported.

In addition, the collaboration of Yu-Gi-Oh in the image of "Dark Magician" will be called instead as the "Dark Maginyan" will certainly be enjoyed by the fans.

Meantime, some reports are saying that Capcom's new "Monster Hunter X" release date is going to be announced soon for fans from the Western countries. If the news is correct, the release date is expected to be either this year's Christmas or in the early part of 2016. Nonetheless, a lot of people are already guessing that the game developer may consider releasing the game this month as a Christmas present for their loyal fans. This, however, is yet to be confirmed by Capcom as there is still no final announcement made.

For now, while Capcom remains quiet about the possible Western release schedule, the fans may have to wait and hope for positive news about the release this year or in early 2016.

The series game Monster Hunter X has the similar slaying monster and addicting resource game which let the fans create a wide range of armors and weapons, which is always called "Fashion Hunter" by the fans who choose to wear armor that seems cool compared to the equipment's general effectiveness.

Monster Hunter X is playable in Nintendo 3DS in Japan.
