Pete Wentz, the "Fall Out Boy" bassist, has reportedly sold his home in Studio City, Calif., for $1.23 million.
The Los Angeles Times first spotted the change in listing records reporting that the home was represented by Thomas Atamian of Dilbeck Real Estate. The buyer was also represented by the same real estate agency.
Public records show that Wentz bought the property in April 2012 for $1.05 million. He listed the residence for $1.23 million in June and managed to flip within a matter of weeks. The records show the home started getting pending offers just a few days since listing and therefore, a fast sale doesn't come as a surprise.
The listing at Redfin states that the house spans an area of 2,013 square feet and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Interiors of the home boast of light hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings with skylights and French doors and windows.
Living quarters of the home include an open plan, combined drawing room and kitchen. The kitchen has a blue-tile top breakfast bar and there is an adjacent dining space as well. A great room, office and a den are some of its other features. A laundry is also part of the property.
Outside, the home is surrounded by mature gardens and exotic landscaping. There are several sitting areas and a waterfall features to enjoy there. A detached garage accommodates two cars.
Redfin took a tour of the home and here is what they have to say:
"Home is fully updated, move-in ready with tasteful finishes throughout."
"Easy access to Ventura Blvd and/or Laurel Canyon although street feels quiet."

The "Fall Out Boys" have been delving in some sweet property deals since the time they re-united. Lead singer Patrick Stump listed his Hollywood Hills home last year for $2.2 million and has since dropped the price to $1.84 million.
Joe Trohman, guitarist, also sold off his Lincoln Park home in Chicago for $760,000 in April this year after he bought a swanky Los Feliz residence in December last year for $1.3 million.
"Fall Out Boy" went on a long hiatus to return with their smashing hit album 'Save Rock and Roll' earlier in 2013. The group hasn't officially started work on their next album yet, but in an interview with The Londoner, Wentz urged fans to anticipate something new from them.
