Anna Duggar Talks About Feeling "Alone" Since Separation From Josh Duggar [WATCH]

Anna Duggar is now strong enough to face everyone after the disgrace that her cheating husband, Josh Duggar, put her into. And for the first time, Anna poured her heart out during her interview with TLC special for "Jill & Jessa: Counting On."

With what happened to Anna and Josh's marriage, a lot of "19 Kids And Counting" fans are eager to know if Anna will finally file a divorce. And in Anna's interview with TLC she made some shocking revelations that fans did not expect to hear.

According to Radar Online, the first part of the interview was more on the lighter tone. Anna shared that she moved back with her in-laws Michelle and Jim Bob while Josh is in a Christian rehab center.

Anna also revealed that at the moment she feels "alone" because Josh is still away in rehab. "It wasn't an easy choice [for Josh to go to rehab] when you have a new baby and three other little ones to take care of realizing, 'Wow, I'm going to be alone for an extended period of time,'" said Anna.

The interview shifted to a more serious note as it talked about Josh's scandal and their marriage. In everything that happened, Anna's initial reaction was "denial."

Anna revealed that "I was really hurt that someone would think that about my husband, because I really thought everything was okay and we had a strong marriage."

PEOPLE reported that Josh's admission of his cheating scandal was a big blow for Anna and "definitely a hard thing to endure."

Anna tried to hold her tears back as she explained things. She was very emotional and said that "I think it is such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we're walking through."

In the interview, Anna also pointed how their Christian faith was affected with what happened. Anna said, "Not only was it a betrayal against me, but it was also a betrayal against those that call themselves Christian because here we were as a Christian couple."

She then added, "Everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other, and that loyalty was broken. And so, for my heart, it was just broken."

However, to those fans who are hoping that Anna will file a divorce that is not going to happen. Anna said that she respects other people's opinion. But she made it clear that "When I got married, I vowed to God first and then to Joshua, 'For better or for worst, 'til death do we part.'"

Anna added, "My prayer and my heart's desire is for our marriage to be restored."

"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" airs Sunday nights 8 p.m. on TLC.
