Bobbi Kristina Brown's Townhouse Lists For $460K; Would You Live Where She Died? [WATCH VIDEO]

Bobbi Kristina Brown was found dead in her Roswell, Georgia, home last January 31. Now, almost a year into the tragic incident, the said property has been listed on the market for the price of $469,000.

The property which is located just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, appears to have been fully renovated. It looks clean and modern with no traces of the death that happened within its walls. It has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Bobbi Kristina's former home also features a swimming pool and a tennis lawn.

The 22-year-old's aunt Pat Houston began cleaning out the large townhouse around July 22, even before the reality star passed away. She was reportedly securing priceless memorabilia and albums that belonged to Bobbi Kristina's famous mother, the late diva Whitney Houston. Most of the items that belonged to Bobbi Kristina were thrown away.

Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26 after a seven-month-long coma. The night before she was discovered unconscious in her bathtub, she went out to have a few drinks with her boyfriend Nick Gordon and mutual boyfriend Max Lomas. Upon returning home, the two got into a fight that made Gordon walk away to sleep in a separate room. Bobbi Kristina went to her own room and drew a bubble bath.

Gordon and Lomas, who was staying with the couple, were only prompted to search for Bobbi Kristina when the cable guy arrived. According to Gordon's mother Michelle, Lomas was the one who found the star and pulled her out of the bathtub. Gordon then attempted to revive Bobbi Kristina until the paramedics arrived.

Despite the $10 million wrongful death lawsuit that the Brown family filed against Gordon, he recently shared a Christmas card on Twitter that features himself together with Bobbi Kristina.
