‘Halo Mythos': A Guide To The Story Of 'Halo’ Book Arriving on Oct. 2016 Says 343

"Halo" and its elaborate myths will soon be compiled in the new hardcover book that will serve as a guide to the readers about the science-fiction shooter game.

The "Halo Mythos: A Guide to the Story of Halo," was announced by 343 Studios on the game's official blog the Halo Waypoint.

The blog has carefully taken note of the fact that the book content will not deal about the several aspects of "Halo" or information that are systematically arranged. Rather, the book will cover the detailed tour of the expanded "Halo" fantasy from the 343 writers. It will take the readers from the conflict of the Forerunners through the "Halo 5: Guardians" which has been released recently. The book is said to provide a continuous account that will connect all the pieces of this fiction together, from the comics, live-action features such as "Nightfall" and the novels. Furthermore, it will also have beyond the fifty bits of new artworks, particularly tasked to demonstrate the incidents in the "Halo" timeline.

Publishing director at Egmont Publishing UK, Sue Allan, explained: "We are absolutely thrilled to be bringing the whole canon of the Halo universe to market in this beautiful book. With over 50 pieces of commissioned artwork, these books will be a real treat for all fans of the Halo franchise, whether they are new to the game or long-standing fans."

In addition, 343 welcomes the idea about the plan to make the "Halo Mythos" become more available to the fans, which appears to be a recognition to the criticism from time to time of the unclear history in the "Halo's" fictional world. "Halo Mythos" sounds like a necessity for the fans, for them to have a thorough attention about the expanded myth. The book may even open the idea of a possible game sequel.

"Halo Mythos" will be released in Oct. 2016, IGN reports.
