"Supernatural" season 11 has brought back familiar faces and come mid-season premiere, Sheriff Jody Mills will be appearing again. Meanwhile, Lucifer offers Sam a deal he may not be able to turn down.
Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) will be back on "Supernatural" season 11, episode 12, according to Entertainment Weekly. She will be joining other characters, like Sheriff Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) and Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) who have already returned to the CW series.
There is not much information regarding Jody's return except for what Jeremy Carver, the series' showrunner, stated. The TV producer said, "Sheriff Mills, who's taken in Claire (Kathryn Newton) and Alex (Katherine Ramdeen), has a case fall a bit too close to home."
Dropping the names of Alex and Claire, viewers are now speculating whether the case Carver mentioned has something to do with one of the two ladies or both. Whatever the case is, fans hope that it would not lead to a shocking death. "Supernatural" has been known to kill off characters after being given an important role in the story arc.
Meanwhile, the synopsis for "Supernatural" season 11, episode 10 has been released and Lucifer will tempt Sam (Jared Padalecki) with a deal so he could get out of the cage he is being held.
As expected, Lucifer never helps for free, so his offer comes at an expensive cost. Will Sam shakes the devil hand on this one? In order for the character to grow, Sam may just take on Lucifer's offer. Then again, the power he has acquired from Azazel might just get an upgrade and he could use this to escape the cage without needing Lucifer's help.
While Sam is being played by Lucifer, his brother Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel (Misha Collins) will investigate the death of Amara (Emily Swallow). This will delve more on the angel smiting which is a probable cause of Amara's passing.
