Multiplayer Mod For 'Just Cause 3" Is In the Works

Everybody knows that "Just Cause 3" has only one gameplay mode, single player, but a multiplayer mode may soon arrive to the open world game.

Thanks to the creative minds of the same modders who made "Just Cause 2" Multiplayer Mod, the multiplayer mod will soon come to "Just Cause 3." According to GameSpot, it was a big disappointment that after Avalanche Studios saw how positively fans welcomed the "Just Cause 2" Multiplayer Mod, "Just Cause 3" still did not have the multiplayer mode.

The team who worked on the "Just Cause 2" Multiplayer Mod has announced that a "Just Cause 3" is now in the works for the PC port. The announcement was made over the modders' website. The announcement states, "2016! As we make our way into the New Year we wanted to take a moment to show off a little somethin' we've been working on! Introducing JC3-MP! We're incredibly excited to show off the progress we've made these last few weeks. Moving forward you can expect frequent updates on our progress along with exciting new developments as they happen. From all of us on the Just Cause Multiplayer team, we'd like to wish you all a happy New Year!"

The announcement was also accompanied by trailer that demonstrated the upcoming "Just Cause 3" mod in action.

In the meantime, as the modders continue to work on the multiplayer mod, Avalanche Studio needs to address the optimization issues for the console versions of the game. As previously reported, when "Just Cause 3" launched at the start of December, many Xbox users have complained of poor gameplay because of a lot of bugs and "rough edges." It was also reported that according to Forbes, a performance test for "Just Cause 3" proves that the console version was badly out of shape.
