"Fifty Shades Darker" production is about to start and lead actress Dakota Johnson is ready for her full frontal as she reprises the role of Anastasia Steele. However, fans are hoping she will no longer feel the emotional void she felt after shooting the first film.
According to Morning Ledger, Johnson, along with co-star Jamie Dornan, may just show every inch of her body, unclothed, for "Fifty Shades Darker." The 26-year-old actress had already revealed earlier that she does not have any problems going full frontal in the film. Therefore, if the production really intends to show Johnson's fully naked body in the sequel, the actress will not oppose the idea.
Dornan, on the other hand, may not be fully open to the frontal offer. The actor has not made any concrete confirmation that he is up to hang it all out for "Fifty Shades Darker." Yet, rumors have been going around that the Irish actor was offered $1.5M on top of his talent fee to show off the most private part of his body.
Meanwhile, Johnson revealed that she felt an emotional void after shooting "Fifty Shades of Grey," Latinos Health reported. The "How to Be Single" actress confided in an interview that after the release of the first movie, she felt she has acquired five different personalities.
Johnson stated, "It feels like a lifetime ago. I feel like I've been five different people since then."
Johnson hosted "Saturday Night Live" in 2015 and according to the actress, this was her last promotional appearance for "Fifty Shades of Grey." After this, the "Ben and Kate" star suddenly felt the emotional void. To get over it, Johnson said she just continued to work in the hopes to block out the negative feelings she felt.
Producers of "Fifty Shades Darker" promised they will start filming early 2016. The announcement of the new cast will be done in accordance with the commencement of production.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is set to open in cinemas on Feb. 10, 2017.
