Now that Anna Duggar has vowed to stand by cheating husband Josh Duggar, Josh is ready to face porn star Danica Dillon in court.
In a previous report, Anna Duggar was rumored leaning towards divorce amidst the messy scandal that her husband, the disgraced reality star Josh Duggar of "19 Kids and Counting," has been involved in including the alleged sexual encounter with a porn star in the name of Danica Dillon. Dillon then is reportedly is suing Josh Duggar for sexual assault and seeking damages of $500,000.
According to ET, the legal documents obtained details that Dillon is claiming Duggar has assaulter her during their sexual encounters adding that "she felt like she was being raped." A few months back, Dillon has told ET that she had agreed to have sex with Duggar after he offered her $1,500, but she did not expect that their liaison would turn aggressive in the hotel room. Dillon said, "He threw me on the bed and, in all honesty, though it was consensual it more or less felt like I was being raped."
In recent development, Josh Duggar is said to have filed motion to dismiss Danica Dillon's lawsuit against him. According to Radar Online, the court documents that the publication has obtained states that Duggar's lawyers Jeffrey A. Conrad argues "the Plaintiff has not alleged that Defendant attempted by force to do injury to her."
Further Conrad wrote in the Dec 30 filing, "Assault requires both intent to place the Plaintiff in imminent apprehension of harmful or offensive contract and the Plaintiff's actual imminent apprehension. Plaintiff did not provide anything more than a formulaic recitation of the elements of assault and/or battery.
"Her labels and conclusions are not adequate, particularly because she states that she consented to physical and sexual contact in exchange for payment."
Duggar's lawyers reportedly have stressed that Danica Dillon failed to provide sufficient details or evidence to support hers claim that "he assaulted her and intentionally inflicted emotional distress during the sex sessions," according to Radar Online. The publication has also reported that a pre-trial conference is scheduled on January 21 at the U.S. Courthouse in Philadelphia.
