Yolanda Foster Moved to $4.59M Condo, One Building Away from David After Divorce

Yolanda Foster reportedly moved to a building steps apart from the home of her estranged husband, David Foster, who lives in an Art Deco-inspired apartment complex called The Californian.

Yolanda transferred from her 12,000 square foot beachfront Malibu mansion which she shares with her husband to a 4,000 square foot, three-bedroom condo that cost $4.59 million.

The condo, located in The Carlyle in Los Angeles, has a private elevator, guest suit and an ultra-modern kitchen. It also has a dining room with a stunning chandelier and a bar. Aside from that, the home has a panoramic view of the city's skyline.

"Clearly she's keeping tabs on David and wants to be in the same neighborhood of stores and restaurants as him," a source said according to Mail Online. "Why else would someone who's getting divorced move into the adjacent high rise next to their former spouse?"

Yolanda posted a photo of herself on Instagram sitting on large plastic containers with clothes, after she did a cleanout of her closets. The photo is captioned, "If you have not worn it in the past year, it's probably time to PASS IT ON........ #NoteToSelf #LettingGoOfTheOld #BackToLifeBackToReality 2016."

To recall, Yolanda and David, who were in a four-year marriage, had a break up in December. The couple released a joint statement to People magazine about their separation saying, "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We've shared 9 beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

Yolanda has Lyme disease and it is said that David is still paying for her medical bills even after their breakup. She also acknowledge the huge role of her ex-husband in letting her cope with her illness. She even credited David for saving her life.

The two signed a prenup before they got married in 2011 but David also gave Yolanda more money than he is required of. He even gave her a "big chunk" of money after he sold his $27 million Malibu home, TMZ reported.

Reports reveal that it is Yolanda who asked for the separation but David still stays with her and is always on her side even after she decided to end their marriage.
