Nickelodeon star, Jennette McCurdy, who is popularly known as Sam on the hot TV show "Sam and Cat" is no longer new when it comes to the real estate world. According to Realtor, McCurdy re-listed her Studio City home back in the market for a lower price of $1.2 million from its original price of $1.4 million.
It has been reported that the 2,600-square-foot two-story Mediterranean home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is perfect for an independent kind of living. The hillside house is complete with modern amenities such as a gourmet kitchen and a tea room. It is a simple yet cosy home that gives stunning views of the city and the mountains.
One of the highlights of the house is the spacious master bedroom. It has a huge hidden closet that is perfect for all the clothes of a television star. Aside from that, there is a beautiful private deck with Jacuzzi or a hot tub. This part of the house is the best way to relax after a long day of work.
Back in July 2013, it was reported that McCurdy bought the Studio City home for $905,000. That was the first time that the young star's name was put in public property records.
According to Zillow, the house was built in 1987 and it has been remodeled to its present contemporary finishes.
Meanwhile, McCurdy showed off her new hairstyle on her Instagram account. She took a stunning selfie wherein she looked absolutely gorgeous with her new look. Jennette rocked her blonde hair with full bangs.
Late last month, Twist Magazine shared that McCurdy's big tattoo on her arm created big fuzz. A lot of McCurdy's fans were intrigued if her new tattoo and the bright red streaks on her hair have something to do with a new role. But whatever that is, she was able to pull it off.
