Charlie Sheen Net Worth: Struggling Actor Lists Another Beverly Hills Property at $6.099M

After the recent sale of one of Charlie Sheen's homes in Los Angeles, the actor has listed another property on the market with a tag price of $6.099 million.

According to Variety, Sheen's Beverly Hills home with a total size of 6,625 sq. ft. is now up for sale. The property was originally bought by the actor in 2012 from Tom Gores, a billionaire investor. At the time, the house was only priced at $4.8 million.

The report said the "Two and a Half Men" star acquired the real estate for Brooke Mueller, his third wife and now his ex, and their two kids. However, there is no confirmation whether Mueller indeed stayed in the house, which is just around the corner from Sheen's own home.

The Spanish-style mansion has a total of five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It has a formal living room and dining room. In addition, this home located on a premium street features an office, a family room, screening room and a loaded kitchen.

Outside the home, there is a fountain seated on a grassy courtyard, a fire pit, a pool and a sauna. There are also a few balconies perfect for entertaining, dining, or lounging.

Meanwhile, a previous report about Charile Sheen's properties revealed that the other Mullholland Estate he put on sale has already been bought by an unnamed buyer. However, rumors said that the new owner is a bigwig who also has a smaller property in the area.

The said home was sold for $6.6 million, a reasonable amount for a six-bedroom house with a total area of 9,020 sq. ft. Sheen never lived in the property either but he lent it to his former wife, Denise Richards, when she was having a house built in Hidden Hills.

The struggling actor reportedly put his estates on sale in order to cut back losses caused by paying people who allegedly blackmailed him to telling about his HIV condition. Sheen is still holding on to his remaining home, which is also in Beverly Hills. He bought the property in 2006 for $7.2 million.
