American Rag CEO Mark Werts Lists Hollywood Hills Home at $2.195M

Mark Werts, the CEO of American Rag Cie, is selling his home in Hollywood Hills, California for $2.195 million.

Werts, who is also the CEO of the furniture brand Maison Midi, has listed his Spanish-style home in Hollywood Hills, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The property at 2345 Castilian Drive, which has a total area of 2,597 sq. ft., is priced at $2.195 million.

All of three bedrooms and the master's bathroom in the house boast views of the beautiful canyons, according to the Redfin listing. Apart from the bedrooms, the property has three-and-a-half baths and a completely remodeled chef's kitchen, which is a dream for anyone who loves to cook.

Katrina Webb, the listing agent, mentioned how the estate is a perfect refuge for anyone who would love to go home to a calming abode after a day's work in the busy Hollywood.

One of the highlights of the Hollywood Hills mansion is its master bathroom, which has a complete view of the backyard, including the canyons. The room is also a great retreat after a long day's work as it has a bathtub and steam shower, plus a French door that opens to the master's own private patio.

Werts said, "[The] house is a Californian Mediterranean, as I am the owner of American Rag and our Mediterranean home wares division, Maison Midi, I did the house myself using many of the products we sell at Maison Midi."

Aside from the exquisite interior, the backyard is also something note-worthy. It is an ideal place for a cozy dinner or breakfast or just a place for relaxation. It features a hot tub where the residents could dip in. Other amenities include a direct access garage found along with a walled courtyard.

The American Rag CEO mentioned that whoever purchases the home will experience a stream of good karma and a cheerful positive vibe.
