The maintenance cost is $1,040 a month

The second real estate property that is listed in the market is the Lincoln Square Co-op. It is a "two-bedroom one-bath duplex with a washer/dryer in a full-service prewar building." The unit's asking price is $1,695,000 and the maintenance is $2,433 a month. The apartment features "the traditional staircase that leads to the bedrooms lends a homey feel." It is mentioned that the place is "nicely renovated with high-end kitchen appliances, built-ins and plenty of storage." The listing description states that the unit is recently renovated. It features "new tiled bath and open kitchen, a wall of closets in the bedroom, a washer/dryer and an upgraded heating and cooling system."

Third property listed in the market is in Park Slope Condo. It is located in Brooklyn, and it is "one-bedroom one-bath in a prewar pet-friendly building with a super and basement storage." It is listed for $699,000. The maintenance cost is $218 a month and the tax is $269 a month.
