Reports reveal that "Mr. Bean" star Rowan Atkinson has moved in with his 32-year-old girlfriend Louise Ford into his £4.65m London cottage in North London, The Sun reported.
The 60-year-old funnyman is said to be taking the next step with his relationship to the actress just weeks after he divorced his wife of 24 years, Sunetra Sastry.
"Rowan and Louise are both incredibly private people. But this shows they are obviously serious about their relationship," a source said according to Mail Online. It added that the role of Ford in Channel 4's sitcom "Crashing" helps boost her career as well as her relationship with Atkinson since both has a comedic character.
Atkinson and Miss Ford went public with their romantic relationship in 2014, after his marriage with Sastry ended.
When Atkinson and his ex-wife Sastry split in 2014, he was building his £11million home in Oxfordshire. Atkinson resided in his London cottage while Sastry lived in a £21million mansion. Their former family home features five bedrooms and was sold for £2.9m. Atkinson shares the house with is 22-year-old son Ben, 20-year-old daughter Lily and his ex-wife whom he married back in 1990.
The luxury property where Atkinson and Ford will move in has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three reception rooms. It also has an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court within the six-acre grounds and is situated yards from the River Thame.
The real estate brochure that featured the property described the Grade II listed building which dates back from 1777, as "a classic mix of Georgian and contemporary architecture" with "fine Queen Anne frontage."
Atkinson, who is estimated to have a net worth of £70million first met his ex-wife, Sastery while she was working as a make-up artist for BBC. Meanwhile, he met his current girlfriend, Ford in 2012 when they appeared together in the West End comic play dubbed "Quatermaine's Terms."
