Tony Shalhoub Net Worth: ‘Monk’ Actor’s Windsor Square Home Is on Sale for $4M

Tony Shalhoub is selling his Windsor Square Mansion in Los Angeles, California for almost $4 million.

Shalhoub's Hancock Park property is now available on the market for $3,988,000, reported Curbed LA. The home, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and other estate amenities rest on 17,760 square feet of land.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Monk" actor listed his home on Jan. 21. The 62-year-old actor and comedian and his wife, Brooke Adams, listed the property under Sotheby's International Realty. Found near the Larchmont Village, the mansion, originally built in 1922, is Mediterranean style with two floors of modest living space.

The interior of the main home is bright, thanks to large glass windows that welcome natural light from the outside. At first glance, the house's interior resembles a typical traditional Colonial home. However, every room contains details that are reminiscent of a truly Mediterranean mansion.

For instance, carpets adorn some areas while tile patterns in others transport the residents or guests to countries near the Mediterranean. The master's suite has a big bed and a sitting area near the window. A glass door opens the room to the terrace overlooking the stunning backyard. The suite also includes a master bath, which features a wooden double sink, a separate shower with two showerheads, and a tub sitting near the window.

The highlight of the Windsor Square property is the backyard. It has a pristine saltwater pool and spa. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, perfect for a small barbecue party.

The cabana is certainly worth noting since it is nested below a big tree with arched branches, which serve as posts of the structure. A stoned-patio leads to this quiet retreat within the comforts of the gated estate.

The almost $4 million real estate being sold by Shalhoub also includes a separate spacious guest apartment found above the garage.
