One of the most popular homes viewed in Zillow is the Versailles in Manhattan. This real estate property has been viewed online for 159,400 times. It used to be a townhouse with 16,000 floor area. Today, it has been turned into a Palace of Versailles in Manhattan. Listed in the market in December 2013, the property now joins the ranks of $114 million mansion and estates in New York City. This property is not occupying the number one spot on the list, but it is the most expensive property.
The most viewed property is the mansion in Las Vegas with nearly 1 million views. It is referred to as Golfer's Vegas Paradise. It is noted as an extravagant state, which perhaps is the reason why it is also extra popular. This mansion is listed for $9.95 million. It is "designed for a lavish lifestyle with a sprawling floor plan that includes a billiards room and full bar, a home theater plus a separate media room, a large gym and indoor basketball court."
Realtor.com also has the most popular houses in 2015. Obviously, it is the most clicked real estate properties that are featured in the website.
