Just two months after listing a plush penthouse in Beverly Hills, famous talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and wife, Portia de Rossi have managed to sell the place off, albeit for a little lower than what they asked for. The home has now sold for $843,900, according to several media reports. Meanwhile, their 26 acre horse ranch in Thousand Oaks, California is on the market with a $13 million price tag. They just upped the asking price two weeks after listing the estate.
