"GTA 5" fans are stunned with a lot of rumors on the upcoming massic Liberty City DLC expansion. According to news, Rockstar Games will have their festive surprise to their fans on its official release.
Before Christmas, a lot of rumors on Liberty City DLC expansion release has been leaked by one of the fans. He tweeted, "Prepare yourself to the come back to Liberty City. Next week is what will decide if it's legit or fake. Can't wait."
Based from the leaked information that became viral to "GTA 5" veteran players around, there are series of additional updates for the gameplay. Aside from the upcoming Liberty City DLC, there are a bunch of screenshots released online.
First was an image which featured Franklin inside a red car and being chased by two cop cars somewhat same with how Liberty City looks, number of cars speeding on an airport runway, and a man zipping through the streets riding a motorcycle.
Because of the tweet and these images released, a lot speculated that these images might be fake. So, although many are excited with the upcoming release of "GTA 5" latest Liberty City DLC expansion, the rest remained doubtful if the information relayed is true.
"It all looks like all the screenshots turned out to be fake, doctored images that featured GTA 5 characters and elements in the foreground of a GTA 4 background," one report said.
One fan said, "Looks like my course was wrong about this week regarding getting new info about SP DLC I will try to check if he can get more pictures."
Rockstar Games, the game developing team behind the successful GTA franchise, recently announced in Newswire that they are opening the registration to all who wanted to win a customized Liberty City Stories iPad Mini and an iPhone 6 Plus. However, they didn't clearly mention whether or not they will create the Liberty City DLC expansion for good.
