Biel, the former "7th Heaven" star lately shared her plans to start a sex educational online series to help young girls understand what is going on inside their body. The said campaign will give other women the information they need with regards to puberty and contraception, as reported by Glamour.

Biel and her husband, singer-actor Justine Timberlake, decided to have a child two years ago, and so she stopped taking the pill and then realized that she does not have any idea on what do next.

The online movement that she, together with husband's support, is planning to set up will give guidance to women who are in similar situations. She continued by stating, "We want girls to know what their [body is going through] so they don't feel scared or ashamed or gross." To get the message out, Biel explains, "we share girl stories, fears, and insecurities. The tone is informative but also goofy, smart, witty."

Saundra Pelletier, an activist and founder of the nonprofit health care organization WomanCare Global, will be teaming up with Ms. Biel on her online endeavor. They are planning to discuss topics that will range from puberty to contraception. The sex-ed videos can be watched at womancareglobal.org.
