Jennifer Lawrence, amid promotional tours and guestings for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2," is said to be still receiving messages from former boyfriend and Coldplay singer Chris Martin.
Lawrence, 25, reportedly has been receiving messages, both through email and text, from the Coldplay frontman since their split in August. According to New Zealand site Stuff, Lawrence told her friends that the singer has a problem dealing with closures when it comes to relationships. This may be the reason why Martin is still trying to communicate with the "Hunger Games"actress.
Martin and Lawrence's on again, off again relationship lasted for more than a year. It started after the "Fix You" singer divorced actress Gwyneth Paltrow in March 2014. A report by Independent revealed that while dating the "Silver Linings" star, the 38-year-old musician was still hung-up on Paltrow and would often check up on what was going on about his ex-wife. This was one of the reasons why Lawrence called it quits with him.
Now it would seem like history is repeating itself. Only this time the "Viva La Vida" crooner is hung up on Lawrence while dating another actress. Martin is currently in a relationship with Annabelle Wallis of "Peaky Blinders" and the couple was not coy to publicly show their affections for each other during a recent trip to Paris.
Sources say both Martin and Wallis are happy together and that she put a big smile on his face. The rocker is looking to get married again and according to insiders, he has not been seeing anyone else but the "Peaky Blinders" actress. Pals of the Coldplay lead affirm that the current couple is compatible in so many ways. They said they feel like Annabelle is as cautious as Martin when it comes to relationships.
At the moment, Martin's main priority is his two kids with Paltrow, Apple and Moses.
