On "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 22 episode 13, the contestants visited Zappos' headquarters in Las Vegas. Lacey Rogers, Hadassah, Mamé Adjei, Nyle DiMarco, Devin Clark and Mikey Heverly were able to meet important people, as well as see impressive items while in there.
The online shoe and clothing shop will be giving away several special prizes to the "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 22 winner. The prize is comprised of the winner being Zappos Couture's ambassador for their nationwide luxury brand re-launch next year, plus $100,000. During the episode, the contestants were shown modeling items from Zappos in their unique salon style runway challenge.
TV viewers witnessed part of the trip as included in the episode which aired on Friday. However, bonus footage of the tour at Zappos are also available at The CW's official YouTube channel. The additional footage which was released by the television network showed Mamé and Hadassah in what was dubbed as "Royalty For A Day" chair. Both girls modeled for snapshots while sitting in the chair. Meanwhile, other contestants are also shown in the video while taking photos in the chair.
In addition, the contestants were also given the chance to play a little in an exciting ball pit found at Zappos' HQ during the trip.
Mikey shared his feelings which were shown in the confessional setup during the episode, "Going into the building I see exactly what they want." He also added that, "They want happiness. They want a young, hip, fierce model. And I feel like that's exactly who I am. And I could represent their company."
Mikey's interpretation of Zappos' measure for the winner seem viable, given that he is one of the toughest contestants to beat in the cycle. He and the other five contestants will have to work really hard to earn the coveted prize to be awarded Zappos.
The Florida-based contestant is one of the final four contenders of ANTM cycle 22. According to Yibada, he has never been in the bottom two, and has won three challenges (episode 6, 8 and 13).
"America's Next Top Model" Cycle 22 airs on The CW at 9 p.m. ET every Friday.
