Many fans of the jump scare game series "Five Nights at Freddy's" were shocked at the latest teaser for the upcoming "FNAF World" RPG.
It was disturbing for most fans when the latest teaser for "FNAF World" RPG showed a dead mangle hanging in total darkness, even though it was removed shortly after its release. To be more specific, a grayed out mangle was seen hanging from the paddle ball she was seen in the trailer game play of the RPG that is currently in development by Scot Cawthon. Since then fans could not help but wonder what the horrible image could mean for the upcoming game now that many fans are already expecting the RPG to be cute and childish unlike the game series from which its characters came from.
Many theories began to emerge after the said teaser. According to Design and Trend, one of the notable theories suggest that the upcoming "FNAF World" RPG will not be cute like the way the creator had been teasing everybody. The trailer could have been a troll all along.
When Scott Cawthon announced "FNAF World" via Steam, many have feared that it might fail to impress those who are already used to the jump scare genre that the "Five Nights at Freddy's" is known for. Cawthon said, "I wanted to use these characters in a new and fun way because they are so near and dear to my heart, and I was excited to work on a type of game that I hadn't made in a long time."
He also added, "It will not be a horror game, but a role playing game where you create a party using the huge selection of characters from the FNaF games, including the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions. I've been working steadily on characters and hope to start on enemy models next week."
Now, fans think that such announcement is just a troll. Scott Cawthon is definitely full of surprises now that people are looking forward to see or get some more details or teasers.
