'Outlander' Star Caitriona Balfe Answers Twitter Questions, Reveals a Season 2 Spoiler [WATCH]

Dressed in her season 2 costume, "Outlander" lead star Caitriona Balfe answered fan questions in a new video posted by Starz. The questions, which fans sent via Twitter, ranged from the actress' favorite drink to behind-the-scene details.

The first question Balfe answered was about her similarities and differences with her character in the hit series. The actress plays Claire Randall, a married nurse from the 1940s who got transported to 18th century Scotland.

"I'd like to think that I have that kind of wild nature that Claire has," Balfe answered. "I think I know how to keep my mouth shut more than she does, but I don't think that's true."

She revealed that Claire "could be a little bossy sometimes," and co-actor Grant O'Rourke calls her "buzzkill" because of her character's annoying trait.

Other random "Would you rather?" questions followed, such as one where a fan asked if she preferred trousers or kilts.

"Trousers," Balfe quickly answered. "Most men don't have good knees or legs."

As previously reported, "Outlander" men, led by Sam Heughan who plays Jamie Fraser, wore traditional and authentic kilts throughout Season 1.

However, Season 2 would take Jamie and Claire to France, where they will be ditching their Scottish garbs for elegant Parisian couture. The first official trailer released by Starz shows the two lead actors in elaborate costumes and extravagant sets.

One fan asked what is the funniest thing that ever happened on the Season 2 set, and the actress revealed a hilarious, but scary scene.

"I think when I laughed the hardest is probably out of fear when the carriage I was in nearly made a one-wheeled swerve. All I could do was sit at the back and laugh," Balfe answered.

"Outlander" Season 2 is slated to premiere by March or April 2016. The cast and crew filmed in Prague for its Paris scenes, and are now back in Scotland finishing the season. Watch Balfe's video below:
