‘The Young and The Restless’ Cast & Spoilers: Mara McCaffray Joins Y&R For A Recurring Role; Victor Makes a Surprising Hire

Another character is coming to Genoa City and her presence is set to make things complicated between Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).

Soap Shows has reported that according to CBS Soaps, "The Young and the Restless" has cast Mara McCaffray for a recurring role of Natalie, a hacker Kevin Fisher met in Geneva. Mara's character will be first seen in Genoa City on Jan. 15.

Soap Shows shared that Kevin is already obsessing over Natalie. And this might be the answer to the fans' longing for Kevin to have a new love interest since Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) left the daytime soap. Spoilers tease that Mariah, who still has some feelings for Kevin, will not be happy at all with Natalie's arrival. Kevin is already smitten with Natalie and that will drive the jealousy out of Mariah. Kevin will be thrilled because he and Natalie seem to be a really good match, with the same hobbies and interests.

Spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry also tease that with Natalie's computer genius, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will plan to lure her into the Newman Enterprise.

Meanwhile, Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor is hiring a mystery person who will appear on Dec. 17. It turned out not to be Mara since her debut is not until mid-January. Speculations are it could be one among Marco Annicelli (Peter Bergman), Luca Santori (Miles Gaston Villanueva) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise). Marco's hiring is a sensible action to deal with Jack Abbott's plans, while Luca's family fortune and connections could help the Newman Enterprise bounce back. And if Victor and Ian could settle their differences, they are a good combination to bring Jack down.

McCaffray is known for her roles in "Ordinary Wilderness" (2012), "Homeless" (2015) and "Got No Fetish" (2015).

"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
