"Outlander" Season 2 is still without its Brianna Randall, as Starz still has to make an official announcement over the casting of this role. Many fans are excitedly waiting for news about the actress who will be playing the role, as the network recently announced that Richard Rankin will play the role of Roger Wakefield.
Carter Matt reported that Roger and Brianna are two fan-favorite characters from Diana Gabaldon's second book, "Dragonfly in Amber," and they will be the introduced in "Outlander" Season 2. The outlet noted, however, that because the cast and crew are almost done filming most episodes for the second season, fans and viewers may not see Roger and Brianna as much as they would like to see these two.
It has also been found that fans are excited to see how Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) will be adjusting to the world of parenthood, as Fashion & Style conducted a poll in its article. The outlet listed three things that majority of fans are excited to see in "Outlander" Season 2, including the return of Frank Randall and Jamie's life after his trauma in Wentworth Prison with Black Jack Randall (Tobias Menzies).
44 per cent voted on Claire and Jamie's journey towards becoming parents as the scene they would like to see in "Outlander" Season 2 premiere, while 34 per cent voted on Jamie's struggle and 20 per cent are excited to see Frank's return. Meanwhile, Caitriona Balfe shared during a quick Q&A with fans a terrifying experience on set.
The 36-year-old actress recounted an experience riding a carriage while filming an episode for Season 2. Balfe said that she found the experience terrifying but instead chose to laugh during the incident.
