EA Sports Reveals There will be No 'Star Wars The Force Awakens' in 'Star Wars Battlefront' but 'The Battle of Jakku' will be the Closest Gamers Could Get

Those who have watched "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" several times already and would want some more of Finn, Rey and other new characters will have to search somewhere aside from "Star Wars Battlefront," this is according to the announcement of EA.

The current "Star Wars Battlefront" is entirely fixed on Episodes IV to VI, which is the original trilogy. The settings of "The Batte of Jakku," DLC's first piece happens on the desert world launched in Episode VII, however the plot develops more than "Return of the Jedi" epilogue instead of "The Force Awakens." For instance, Stormtroopers are wearing the armor from the original trilogy, not from "The Force Awakens." "The Battle of Jakku" was updated to the "Battlefront" on Dec. 8 and is free for everyone, Polygon reported.

According to gamers, this map is amazing, fighting over the planet Jakku's surface, this map is set 29 years before "The Force Awakens."

"Star Wars Battlefront "released in the middle part of November, it graded to 8.0 and named as "a game of surprising anachronistic constraints and variety."
