Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge owners in the U.K. and South Korea have started receiving the beta test of Android 6.0 Marshmallow last week. The beta test for the latest Android OS will run through Jan. 18, 2016.
This move follows the issues encountered in Android Lollipop versions which resulted in rollout cancellations or suspensions, GSM Arena has reported. Samsung has launched a public beta test program to gather user feedback that will be used to improve the quality of upcoming firmware updates.
