"Fallout 4," the title released by Bethesda on Nov. 10 last year, is getting its first batch of DLCs in the first quarter of 2016.
While reports suggest that new content for "Fallout 4" is sure to arrive early this year, Bethesda has not described in detail what the upcoming DLCs will bring. According to N4BB, a rumored location is the bottom of the ocean. The publication said that a previous concept art for "Fallout 4" displayed the main character with his head above water. There were also other artworks that showed the character in action on the ocean floor. It was also said that the underwater DLC could possibly include a nuclear submarine, underwater vault or even underwater city.
An underwater setting for the upcoming DLC may not be too farfetched. A recent video has surfaced exposing another "Fallout" secret that has been discovered. The YouTube video posted by ZacCoxTV showed what seemed to be an underwater exploration scene.
When the title was launched, many secret items have reportedly been found that were obviously not Easter eggs. For example, a fan has previously discovered a harpoon gun with a design that suggested it was for underwater combat. A grainy video of how the secret weapon worked surfaced online. A certain Tryannicon supposed that the weapon will be part of the "Fallout" DLC coming in 2016 and was not supposed to be found by anyone other than the game developers.
There have been reports that the upcoming DLC for "Fallout 4" will involve underwater exploration. According to Crossmap, this is where the previously discovered harpoon gun would fit in. As seen in the video, the weapon fired with bubbles showing by its ammo. It has been noted though that the unique underwater weapon might only be available to "Fallout 4" PC players.
If this rumored underwater DLC will come out early this year, it will be first of the many DLCs that Bethesda has in the pipeline for "Fallout 4."
