"General Hospital" star, Jason Thompson, who portrays the role of Patrick Drake reveals what awaits for the Scorpio-Drake family. According to Soap Opera Spy, Jason talks about the fate of his family especially Emma and clarified a lot of wrong speculations about Emma's fate.
Reportedly, "GH" writers gave a hint that Emma will soon leave her parents, Patrick and Robin. However, showrunner Nathan Varni said that Emma stays in Port Charles. Now the question is which is which for Emma's character?
During Jason's interview with Michael Fairman he revealed that Emma will leave along with her parents. She will stay with Patrick and Robin away from Port Charles. Thompson said in his interview that "Kimberly can always come back and continue to appear on the show, almost like Brooklyn, who can come back for the summer and have a stint here and there."
Jason also shared that he knows for a fact that the ending will "take some people's breath away" because they will not only lose Brooklyn but also Patrick and Robin. However, Jason also said that "I know they [showrunners] have plans to bring Brooklyn back when they can."
He added, "Brooklyn has done an amazing job with her work this last little while. She is growing into such a fantastic actress. We built something really great."
Given that, looks like there is a big chance for Emma to visit Port Charles again when it is already summer time and break from school. Brooklyn did an amazing job in all those heartbreaking scenes. She was able to capture the hearts of the viewers as she takes on the loss of Sam and at the same time cried for her mother.
But for now, "General Hospital" fans and viewers can still enjoy the final days of Patrick, Robin and Emma before they all bid farewell.
