"Persona 5" is a role-playing game which is the fifth franchise of the series. It started becoming famous with the release of Persona 3 on PS2 in 2006 and it became even bigger with Persona 4. A large fan following was established and the franchise became profitable.
Since it became a worldwide phenomenon in July 2006 even if it was merely a small part of Shin Megami Tensei, it managed to surpass the franchise of Final Fantasy. With that, "Persona 5" will be released soon in 2016 and is expected to be even better.
There are possible improvements of the game which includes the design of the dungeons which were very dull and boring in "Persona 4." A properly designed dungeon would be better wherein there is an improved battle system and no more shadows casting over the characters, N4BB reported.
Another point that needs improvement is the side quests. Gamers are hoping that there will be more characterization to the protagonists of "Persona 5" through the side quests. The side quests aren't even memorable since it doesn't give rewards to those who play it and they aren't imaginative. With that, many players of the third and fourth franchise didn't bother to play the side quests.
Fans are also hoping that there will be some characters from "Persona 4" who will still appear in the new game. This way, the player will recall his experience with a certain character while playing the new franchise. It would also create clever storytelling by connecting the old characters to the new one.
Aside from that, the Social Links, which is a good feature of the game, would be better if it has an actual impact to the progress of the story as well as to the characters. In whatever way, Altus should find a way to make Social Links even better, Game Bolt noted.
One of the most intriguing mechanics of the game is Fusion wherein one can fuse two or more Personas in order to create a new one. There is nothing wrong about that feature but if some new twist will be added to it, it will become fresh for the gamers.
