Sara Gilbert of "The Talk" reportedly bought a home at Hancock Park for $6.85 million.
According to Variety, Gilbert acquired the Hancock Park mansion as per Yolanda Yakketyyak, a real estate yenta. "The Talk" host shares this new property with long-time partner Linda Perry, a 2015 Songwriter Hall of Famer.
The almost $7 million home stands tall with its three stories of Napa Valley vineyard exterior. The 6,100-square-foot mansion sits on a lot size of 0.33 acres, which extends to the Wilshire Country Club.
The home has a total of six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. These include the spacious master's bedroom with white walls, high-vaulted ceilings, glass sliding door that opens to a viewing deck. The spacious master's bath perfectly complements the main suite. A tub is strategically placed near the window, allowing the user to enjoy the view of the outdoors while soaking in.
Other amenities of the home include an exercise room, equipped with fitness gadgets, and rests beside another sleeping quarters. The expansive kitchen has a kitchen island with marble countertops which match the custom-made wooden cabinets. It also has a walk-in pantry complete with moving ladder to access the top shelves.
The third level of the mansion contains the office space with sitting areas for guests.
The backyard has some of the highlights of the Los Angeles estate. There is a swimming pool with an inset spa, a lounge area with a fire pit and a second floor deck with a dining table, ideal for intimate dinners under the stars.
Gilbert and Perry owns another home in Sunset Strip, which they bought in 2012 $3.5 million. There are no news yet whether the couple would list the said home after acquiring the lavish Hancock Park crib. Prior to buying the Sunset Strip property, Gilbert sold a home located in Beverly Hills Post Office to Penelope Cruz for $3.3 million.
