DC comic fanatics, are you ready for the latest "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" story plot rumors? Recent spoiler reports indicate that Lex Luthor will commit a heinous act against the red caped superhero which will set off Superman's anger.
The trailer released for the highly anticipated "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie has given fans a sneak peek of Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor along with a few snaps of the villain planning and executing his sinister agenda. There was even a quick clip in the trailer which showed Superman on his knees looking up in disgust and anger at Luthor. Fans have been wondering what Luthor could have done to make Superman angry at him. According to Heroic Hollywood, the reason why the DC superhero was furious was because Luthor kidnapped his mother, Martha Kent.
The site also stated a scene from the "Man of Steel" which also made the superhero angry. Towards the end of the movie, General Zod and his men went to Smallville to look for the codec in Kent's farm. Part of the confrontation between Henry Cavill's character and Michael Shannon's General Zod was when the alien villain threatened Kent's mother which sparked the superhero's anger. He menacingly told General Zod, "You think you can threaten my mother," as he pummeled the villain to the ground. A fight then ensued between the two which leveled most of downtown Smallville.
Heroic Hollywood did not provide further details as to how Luthor managed to kidnap Martha Kent and what will happen next. The site stated, "I won't spoil when, how, or what comes of it (come on now, some spoilers are better left unsaid), but I expect Superman to be um, mad. Really REALLY mad."
However, Comic Book mentioned that in case the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" spoiler news is true, then it would imply that Luthor knows about Superman's Clark Kent persona. The site also speculated that Luthor's heinous kidnapping act could probably be one of the factors that will start to bind Superman and Batman together as one team.
Fans would need to wait until the movie's release to find out if this is true. "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is expected to hit the big screen on March 25, 2016.
