The two bedroom house with one bathroom was bought by Michalka for $965,000.

Michalka started her acting career at the age of five in church plays, according IMDB. She was featured in numerous musicals including 'Jailhouse Rock' and 'A Time to Remember.' Aside from acting she is also a recording artist.

The multi- talented artist found her fame in Disney Channel original series "Phil of the Future", where she played the role of Keely Teslow from 2004 to 2006. She is also known as Taylor Callum in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Cow Belles". In 2010 and 2011, she starred in the TV series "Hellcats" as Marti Perkins. Currently, Aly Michalka's net worth stands at $2 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, but with her role as Peyton Charles in 'iZombie' it will surely boost anytime soon.

E! Online has the latest scoop on what's next for Peyton on the next season. "We adore Aly [Michalka] and we think the show is better when she's in it. We'd love to have more of her," executive producer Rob Thomas told the outlet. However, the actress seems to have a hectic schedule, "she's not a series regular, we can't control her schedule. We can hope that when we write these episodes for her, that she can and will do them."
