There have been reports saying that a large-scale combat scene is being filmed in at the "Game of Thrones" production set and there are rumors that it could be the battle scene between major players in the northern parts of Westeros.
According to Winter is Coming, the filming in this private portion of County Down in Northern Ireland seems to be taking such as long time that it is possible that the "Game of Thrones" creators are actually working on one "climatic battle."
Moreover, a few fans from afar were able to take pictures of smoke rising from the location. A fan has posted on twitter a snap with the caption, "Smoke seen rising up on the #GameOfThrones battlefield today in Saintfield."
This "climatic battle" is then rumored to be one between "The Boltons" and "The Wildings." This then fuels the speculations and the hopes that Jon Snow (Kit Harington) may indeed rise from the dead so he could lead the Wildlings to attack the Boltons if he somehow has learned that Ramsey Bolton has his sister Sansa.
In Reddit, there is a forum that discusses the battle between "Boltons vs northern allies (Karstarks & Umbers), sellswords, wildlings and A STARK is killed in a very shocking battle." Some Redditors who claim to have friends among the extras have been dropping hints on who this "Stark" could be.
To add to that, according to IBT, Irish Thrones (@IrishThrones) has tweeted that their sources have now confirmed that Benjen Stark will return with a vengeance on the next season and that he will be working along with Jon Snow. However, this is still a rumor because Benjen Stark has only appeared in the first season and there are no reports confirming that he is filming scenes for the upcoming "Game of Thrones" season.
Readers are warned that stories above are still speculations but as the saying goes, "when there is smoke, there is fire." The smoke from the production set is causing fans to formulate viable theories about what would happen in the season six of "Game of Thrones."
