‘The Librarians’ Season 2 Spoilers: John Larroquette Talks About What’s Ahead For Jenkins; Plus Episode 7 Preview [WATCH]

"The Librarians" actor John Larroquette, who plays as the Library's caretaker, talks about his character Jenkins and what's in store for him in the show's Season 2.

Speaking at the New York Comic Con interview, Larroquette talked about Jenkin's history and how his character will get to be more affectionate with the Librarians. According to Star Pulse, John explained, "Jenkins at first is saddled with a big problem and it runs through a lot of the series. Even though the library finally has returned from the void, it's sick. It's ill. The brooms are in wrong places, things have disappeared, its a mess."

John said Jenkins believing it is his fault that the Library is dying, thinking that he has not been strong enough to fulfill his duties as the caretaker. In Episode 5 of "The Librarians," the Library's sickness was shown when its spirit came into human form and sought the help of Flynn to get his memories back.

Fortunately, "We find out it's not his fault, which he's very relieved by. He's got to try and fix everything, so he's concentrated on that," John shared. "Jenkins gets out of the library a little more this season."

Because the Librarians are going to come and go (when they die) and Jenkins won't, Jenkins has always kept distance. "[But] he realizes that their hearts are in the right place and their talents to save the Library are needed," John has revealed, "and he grows an affection for that part of it."

Meanwhile, "The Librarians" Season 2 Episode 7 is titled "And the Image of Image" and the Librarians are going to deal with Dorian Grey as they investigate the "bizarre occurrences involving accidents and sins."

"The Librarians" Season 2 airs every Sunday on TNT.
