The much awaited Pack goes into live-action in early 2016, "Mortal Kombat X" Kombat Pack 2 DLC. The news circulated after Garrett Warren, the game director, tweets that the series is currently working on its time line and targeting release by early 2016. This is in line with the Kombat Pack 2 progressive rollout.
The truth is, it might also talk about some controversial options about the DLC character. Not including mashup fighter named Tri-borg and Bo' Rai Chos, as third party guest characters. On the other hand, what is more interesting is that the former of the two characters was included in the "Mortal Kombat" live casting call for the series at the start of 2016. In this way, it looks like reasonable to think that DLC might come along with the movie version.
The "Mortal Kombat X" tri-borg story is equally enigmatic to gamers, it might also be the reason for probe. With that being said, fans will need to save their observation on that until the packs are released.
Currently, "Mortal Kombat" web series is in the works, it is perceived to be a sequel to "Mortal Kombat: Legacy." It lasted for two seasons and wrapped up production in 2012. The episodes can be watched for free here. After that the third story has been a trial and error endeavor. Some major actors left the production to continue other projects, and its first director had a small issue with Warner Bros. production staff. In other words, it is difficult to know what to anticipate from the last season. Previous speculations imply that the plot might be given a title, "Mortal Kombat: Generations," and it comprises "Mortal Kombat X" characters like Cassie Cage, Takeda, Cho and Erron Black. King Jin is rumored to be played by actor Lewis Tan. Details of the story is still vague, but it definitely like NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros are looking at making the "Mortal Kombat" fans 2016 a very interesting year.
The "MKX" game is currently available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The web series and Kombat Pack 2 DLC are due to roll out in 2016.
