Celebrity Home for Sale: RHOC Shannon Beador and Husband David Re-List Newport Beach Mansion for $10.898 Million

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" stars Shannon Beador and her husband David have re-listed their home with a massive cut from its original price. According to Radar Online, the sale price is now cut by $5 million. It is now officially back in the market for $10.898 million. That is a very big discount for a luxurious property.

This is not the first time that reality TV stars lowered the asking price for their Newport Beach mansion. It was originally listed in the market for $15.998 back in April 2013. However, it was really hard for such pricey property to get a good buyer. Last February 2015, LA Times reported that palatial estate was put on sale again for $12.998 million.

Radar Online described the property as an impressive 13,306-square-foot abode that is situated behind private wrought iron gates. It is a European Country-inspired mansion designed by architect Richard Krantz. The home interiors were done by Robert Ricker.

The mansion has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with a one-bedroom and two-bath guesthouse. The house features a double-height foyer with a sweeping staircase. As said by Radar, "Guests arrive in a large foyer, with classy stone flooring and a coat check waiting."

The house for sale also has spacious formal areas perfect for entertaining visitors, a piano room, a state of the art home theatre, a fitness center, a wood-paneled library, two chef's kitchens and an indoor basketball court. In addition, there is also underground parking area that can accommodate 11 cars. And not to forget, the mansion has its own elevator that covers the whole four floors.

The outside of the house has a lot to offer as well. It has beautiful and well-maintained garden areas, an outdoor kitchen, a pool and a spa.

Another thing that makes this mansion a good catch is that it gives stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. And according to Daily Mail, the architectural style of the house is "reminiscent of European country manors and legacy East Coast mansions."
