Naya Rivera’s Beverly Hills Home Sells for $1.9 Million

Naya Rivera, who plays Santana Lopez in popular musical series, Glee, has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills home for $1.93 million after listing it late in April 2013 for $2.1 million. Though the home sold lesser than her asking price, Rivera still made a slight profit out of the sale. She had snagged the home in 2012 for around $1.4 million.

Niki Taylor Lists Tennessee Home for $1.4 Million

American model, Niki Taylor and her husband, Burney Lamar have listed their home in Brentwood, Tennessee for just $1.4 million. Taylor purchased the spread for $1.3 million sometime back in 2004, when she split with country singer, Keith Urban. Considering the asking price, looks like, she isn’t looking for much of a profit.

Empire Company Selling 46 Theaters to Cineplex, Landmark

Empire Company, the owner of Sobeys Grocery Store is reportedly planning to sell away 46 of its theaters to Cineplex Inc. and Landmark Inc. for around $243 million, thus exiting the movie business. The deal comes as a move to focus on its retail chain, according to several media reports.
